The main objective of RIGPA is to promote diverse thinking among the students and to help them hone their creative spirit of imagination, Government College, Bomdila hosted the first-ever literary fest of the college-RIGPA on 12th April, 2018. The College intends to make it an annual affair.
Rigpa which means “intelligence” attempts to engage the students and provide them a platform to explore their creative spirit. With “Wings to Creativity” as its theme, the first ever literary fest of the College had a lot to offer to the young literary enthusiast of the College with an interesting line of events like Quiz Competition, Poetry Competition, Story-telling Competition, etc. One of the highlights of the literary fest is the participation of guest team from other Colleges and Universities.
